The entire program is completed in the comfort of your own home or wherever you check email via our Dietitian Online service.  Your personal Dietitian will guide you through the five steps of the program via regular email contact.  You will have unlimited email access to your personal Dietitian for the duration of your membership.   We know that sustained weight loss is a long term process, so we require a minimum of 3 months commitment to this program.

The final step in your weight loss journey is to address your Eating Mindset.  Food psychology techniques are used to address potential eating issues that may push you back into the dieting cycle again such as emotional eating, poor body image and mindless eating.
